NEW: HAMAS RULEBOOK CALLS FOR KILLING CIVILIANS OF ALL AGES
WASHINGTON, D.C. – A recently discovered Hamas rulebook distributed to Hamas terrorists before the October 7th massacre called for killing civilians of all ages. The manual provided instructions to Hamas terrorists and declared that, “There is no distinction between men and women, old and young – and therefore it is permitted to kill and capture everyone.” According to Israeli media, “the book of religious rules was authored by the Shura Council, the institution whose responsibility is to advise Hamas on religious affairs.”
Hamas officials have a long history of openly and brutally advocating for the complete annihilation of Israel and for indiscriminately killing Jewish people.

- IDF spokesperson Lt. Col. Avihai Adrei announced that in Khan Younis a rules manual belonging to the religious Shura Council was found and distributed to the Hamas terrorists before October 7, and contained directions to the terrorists. “The Zionist society is an armed society that comes to take our land and spill blood. There is no distinction between men and women, old and young – and therefore it is permitted to kill and capture everyone,” it proclaimed.
